Scope of Service Experience
The Tampa Bay multifamily brokerage team consists of 6 team members offering a full range of services including property management, consulting, site selection for new development and investment property acquisition/disposition. In 2005 - 2006, the team closed over $425 million in apartment transactions in Florida with the majority being concentrated in the Tampa Bay area.

Achieving CCIM designation requires 240 hours of graduate level study, as well as a dollar volume quota in the tens of millions.
