In addition, Brad has helped several clients reposition assets from Florida to other emerging markets throughout the country. Over the past 2 years, he has facilitated the sale or purchase of 750 units and $54,000,000 in sales of apartment communities.

Brad has provided his clients with valuable insight into the opportunities of enhancing value in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets. Brad also held a mortgage license in both Texas and Florida and was part of a real estate lending group at Nations Bank in Reston, VA. He has a detailed database of every apartment building Pinellas County and constantly stays in touch with the owners to know whose buying and selling.
