Scope of Service Experience
The Tampa Bay multifamily brokerage team consists of 4 team members offering a full range of services including property management, consulting, site selection for new development and investment property acquisition/disposition. In 2005 - 2006, the team closed over $425 million in apartment transactions in Florida with the majority being concentrated in the Tampa Bay area.
Education
Casey attended the Florida State University and graduated in 2001 with bachelor's degrees in both Real Estate and Finance. He has completed other graduate level courses in earning the CCIM designation.
Background & Experience
Casey has been working in commercial investment real estate since the summer of 2002 and has over $117 Million in direct multifamily investment transactional experience. His transaction experience encompasses the sale of over 1,470 apartments and 185,000 SF commercial properties. His specialties include acquisition / disposition for existing apartment communities and site selection work for multifamily developers.
