Scope of Service Experience

My first career was in the commercial construction field, working with an international electrical and mechanical contractor.

After switching my efforts to commercial real estate brokerage in 1979, I have been recognized many times as a multi-million dollar sale professional.

While known for my investment analysis aptitude, I also have the in-depth experience to command either side of the lease transaction.

Background & Experience

Office tenant representation is my specialty.

Strategic lease marketing campaign as consultant for Talquin Development for their trophy office tower then in construction, 1989 St. Petersburg, Florida.

I have done personal commercial real estate investments since 1990. In the process of finishing a $6 million dollar project made up of mixed-use condominium conversion of historic Snell Arcade office building.

Significant Transactions

Most significant transaction; represented tenant CNG Producing Company, New Orleans 1978, in a $30+ million dollar lease transaction with DeBartolo Organization.

Leasing manager for 1 million square foot Place St. Charles, New Orleans office tower, pre-leased while it was under construction late 1982 thru opening early 1985.
