Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI TAMPA BAY, was the broker/owner of 35 person firm performing a variety of commercial/investment real estate services primarily brokerage, leasing and management. Primary contractor for RTC and FDIC with brokerage ordering agreements for disposition of 8 property types including LAND, HOTELS, OFFICE, MULTI-FAMILY, RETAIL, BANK BUILDINGS. Experience with developing relationships with corporate real estate executives and officers servicing bank owned REOs. Other experience in portfolio analysis, writing of real estate portfolio business plans (including disposition, consolidation, expansion of portfolios). Clients have included, FDIC, RTC, Bank of America, GE Capital, Danka Corp., Home Shopping Network, ALS(Lou Gehrig’s disease), Centex Homes, National Pain Institute, MI Homes, Marriot Vacation Club, Inland Homes, Lennar Corporation, Rooms to Go, Aarons Rents, Homeward Suites, HealthSouth. Additionally 1031 Investment transactions including TIC placements..
